Panel 3 "Memory in the Digital Age" looked at the different forms of digital memory cultur. It asked for the impact of digital media on the rememberance culture of a younger generations but also for the dangers of creating spaces of remembrance that could support propaganda.

Inhalt

In Panel 3 wurde diskutiert welche Formen des digitalen Erinnerns bestehen und wie diese Erinnerungskultur die jüngeren Generationen beeinflussen könnte. Aber auch die Gefahren des digitalen Erinnerns wurden angesprochen, welches Raum zur Unterstützung von Propaganda und unreflektierter Erinnerung öffnen könnte.

Es diskutierten von Links nach Rechts: Jürgen Grimm (University of Vienna, Austria), Edward Serotta (CENTROPA, Austria), Galina Zvereva (Russian State University for the Humanities, Russian Federation)
