The aim of the anti-discrimination workshops is to reflect on one's own prejudices, to train the communication skills of young people to intervene in discriminatory situations and to foster a positive approach to diversity in vocational schools and at the work place by promoting tolerance, social skills, teamwork skills, and moral courage (“Zivilcourage”).
