The Alumni from Eastern and Central Europe would present several contemporary problems from our societies we are facing nowadays. Whether it is about the Roma migrants in Europe, about numerous refugees from Syria coming to Eastern Europe, about poverty and the economic crisis which escalated current conflicts, we all face intolerance and extremism in our every day life. Young experts from the programme "Shaping Europe – Civic Education in Action" would like to give inputs about current problems in their countries and show how we can all be significant actors on the citizenship stage and through good practices turn conflicts into partnership. The alumni invite the audience to take an active part in the discussions.
